He Pingping, a 20-year-old man from China who stands 2 feet 5.37 inches tall met Svetlana Pankratova of Russia to publicize the 2009 release of Guinness World Records.
At 6.43 feet tall, Pankratova, 36, named the woman with the longest legs in the world with a record-breaking measurement of 51.9 inches posed with Pingping, the world’s smallest man who can walk.
